Cat Advent
December 2025
Visit us every Saturday and Sunday throughout December (until Christmas) between 3 PM and 7 PM!
Meet the cats who are looking for homes and sponsors, spend time with them (and with us :) ), and in return for your voluntary humanitarian donations you can enjoy taking photos with the cats (thanks to our Jurica!), our traditional “everyone wins” raffle, calendars, T-shirts, mugs, socks, a sweet corner, mulled wine, and so much, much more!
Bring along all the cat lovers you know and enjoy the company of our furry little friends!

Charity pub quiz

In September/October, four charity pub quizzes were held, and all proceeds were intended for the Kitten Safe House. The venue was Klub Mladih, Erazma Barčića 9a, Rijeka.

A huge thank you to Klub Mladih for organizing as many as four charity events for our association, as well as to all of you who came and, with your donations, helped ease our daily struggle for the little furry ones :)
We hope to turn this into a lovely tradition :)
Open days
28. - 31. Aug 2025
Open Days were held at our address, Rujevica 2 in Rijeka, from 5 to 8 PM.
In addition to the opportunity to meet our cats and the Kitten Safe House team, there were many other activities: a wheel of fortune, mystery boxes and/or envelopes, lots of little items in exchange for donations, and you could even become a sponsor of some of our cats.
We hope everyone found something they enjoyed, and the cats thank you for all the cuddles. :)

WCF Cat Olimpia 2025

Just like in Rijeka, Kitten Safe House had its own educational and donation stand here as well, featuring video materials with real, unfiltered footage that showed what daily life in our shelter looks like.

International Cat Show in Rijeka

At this exhibition, we were present with an educational and donation stand where you could get all the information about our cats and shelter work, and in exchange for a donation, take home a small gift of your choice.

Cat advent
